Chef Mary is always in the kitchen cooking something up with her son Chef Gregory. This week she made her famous Bourbon Street Shrimp. She says "You can't get this at Apple B's".
This luscious dish is made with jumbo shrimp sauteed in Olive Oil and fresh garlic. Then we add our famous secret Bourbon Street sauce to the shrimp and let it caramelize. MMMMM This is served over rice.
