Bourbon Street Shrimp
Well Good Day to you all!!!
Chef Mary is always in the kitchen cooking something up with her son Chef Gregory. This week she made her famous Bourbon Street Shrimp. She says "You can't get this at Apple B's".
This luscious dish is made with jumbo shrimp sauteed in Olive Oil and fresh garlic. Then we add our famous secret Bourbon Street sauce to the shrimp and let it caramelize. MMMMM This is served over rice.
This is just one of our fine specials that won't be around long. So stop on in and try it out!

Wings
Well it is Monday...again!
We can tell that you all love our Fried and Cajun Wings, so we have decided to offer you a number of new flavors. We will now be serving Bourbon Street Wings, Sweet Heat BBQ Wings, or Famous Cajun Wings, Fried Wings and Garlic Lemon Pepper Wings. All 8pc Wing Dinners come with fries, celery and ranch all for $6.99. Just want wings you can get 8pc wings all by them lonesome selves for $5.99.
Don't forget that Thursday is St. Patty's Day. Stop in for our Smothered Cabbage and Pork Chop Dinner Special. We will have different kinds of desserts that day as well.
Stop in often or call because there is always something new going on here. After all everyday here is a Mardi Gras!!!
